3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Full payment is typically required at the time of booking for cooking classes and workshops. For private chef experiences and larger team building events, a deposit may be required, with the remaining balance due prior to the event. Payment methods accepted will be displayed on our booking page.
3.3. Cancellations and Refunds

While we endeavor to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to the nature of a shared culinary space.
4.2. Safety and Conduct
Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant who poses a safety risk, behaves disruptively, or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
4.3. Age Restrictions
